Launched by Product & Community leaders at Microsoft, our mission is to help professionals across all backgrounds and geographics build practical AI skills, grow their confidence, and connect with peers through real-world projects and creative exploration.

🎓 Over 1,500 participants have joined our first and second cohorts since October 2024, representing roles from 17 disciplines and 60+ geographies.
🧠 After completing the Beta program, 85% of participants reported greater confidence in using AI tools — an absolute increase of +1.46 points on a 5-point confidence scale. That’s not just learning — that’s measurable transformation.
