AI Community Learning Program, powered by Microsoft Teams Welcome to the AI Community Learning Program — a hands-on, community-powered space to learn AI by doing, together. Launched by Product & Community leaders at Microsoft, our mission is to help professionals across all backgrounds and geographics build practical AI skills, grow their confidence, and connect with peers through real-world projects and creative exploration. 💡 What we offer: Community learning sprints with hands-on AI challenges Live expert talks, office hours, and workshops A vibrant global community with AI enthusiasts, experts, and peer mentors Mini group projects to showcase your learning through impactful projects Leaderboards, storytelling, and a few surprise memes and prizes ✨ 🎓 Over 1,500 participants have joined our first and second cohorts since October 2024, representing roles from 17 disciplines and 60+ geographies. 🧠 After completing the Beta program, 85% of participants reported greater confidence in using AI tools — an absolute increase of +1.46 points on a 5-point confidence scale. That’s not just learning — that’s measurable transformation. 🌱 Whether you’re an AI beginner or building your 10th AI agent, there’s a place here for you.
