Our team of professional psychologists are building a data model for fine tuning the cutting edge open-source Large Language Models (LLM's) to create a personal virtual workplace assistant that offers instantly available support for each employee. In the training of our AI-assistant we are utilizing scientific principles of human interaction which point towards achieving the efficiency of seasoned psychology professionals in communication.
In the future, our goal is to utilize the assistants to aggregate anonymous information about the status of different organization units in work well-being and current problems. This data is then visualized to offer real-time knowledge for better decision making to overcome the internal challenges companies face consistently.
