AirRated®

AirRated was born out of the desire to empower people with knowledge about their indoor environment. Exposure to poor air quality can have a hugely adverse impact on our health, wellbeing, and productivity. We help our clients to promote healthy spaces by raising awareness of the importance of indoor air quality and providing strategies for improvement. We offer three certifications that provide an industry-leading analysis of a building, or of its proposed design: * The AirScore (for buildings post-completion) * The AirScore D&O (for new developments and those undergoing refurbishment * The Monthly AirScore (a continuous performance check of IAQ in operation) Our standards are aligned with various global standards, including BREEAM, LEED, Fitwel, and WELL. Furthermore, both the AirScore and AirScore D&O have been recognised as accredited building certifications by GRESB.
