AIXCO GROUP is an internationally operating investment company with a Swiss residential real estate portfolio valued at close to CHF 1 billion and an annual rental income of over CHF 30 million. Based on this portfolio, AIXCO plans to expand its business to asset-backed lending which provides investors a uniquely way to participate in securitization transactions. With the issuance of two bonds in 2024, which are to be included in the MTF of the Vienna Stock Exchange, AIXCO offers the opportunity to participate not only in the returns of our existing portfolio but also in future profits arising from our strategic expansion. The funds raised from the bond issuance will be used for further acquisition of revenue generating properties, infrastructure improvement, and optimization of property management, all of which enhancing the value of our portfolio and thus ensuring sustainable growth. On top of this, AIXCO plans to enter the mezzanie market to grow our financal offerings, enhancing our ability to provide flexible financing solutions and increasing our investment opportunities.
