APC is the largest supportive housing community in Alameda County. We end homelessness for families and adults by providing permanent housing and supportive services. We help homeless families create healthy homes and provide them with the resources to transform their lives.
In addition to our comprehensive support services, our social enterprise ventures enable our residents to increase their job skills and confidence while making a valuable contribution to the greater community.
We’re innovative and tireless in finding ways to end homelessness for families and stopping the cycle of homelessness for their children.
