Professional development coaching - This is aimed at supporting those talented invididuals in the formative early years of their career development journey, particularly as they embark on the changes required to move into a leadership role in an organisation. I offer sets of sessions on 1:1 coaching basis with an individual, or group coaching sessions for those organisations who have a particular cohort of colleagues who are ready to progress and need support in doing so. There are a large number of topics that can be discussed, but some common examples might be authenticity, change management, being a leader not a manager, conflict resolution, authentic leadership, purpose and values, confidence, imposter syndrome, career change. Life coaching - I offer 1:1 life coaching sessions for anyone who is looking to further their development in their personal lives. Topics that could be explored through coaching include self-confidence, life-changing decisions, adapting to change, implementing and managing habits, positive framing and mindset.
