We also manufacture filtration equipment for biogas applications and nitrogen or compressed air packages (Membrane,PSA,TSA,VPSA).
Alfafilter® is a specialist in manufacturing refrigerant & adsorption drying and breathing air systems. We can manufacture this filtration equipment for various gases and pressures going from 0 bar up to 700 barg, with/without EX-certification.
We specialize in the supply of customized PED 97/23/EC (Mod H&H1) and ASME VIII div. 1 code pressure vessels with or without -U stamp and national board registration, GOST-R and GOST-K, China stamp, PD5500, stoomwezen & AD merkblader. Alfafilter® offers various inspections with DNV, BV, Lloyd & Germanischer Lloyd and Rina with or without EX-certification.
Alfafilter® offers a full range of optimized alternative filter elements that perform “equal to or better” than the original manufacturers elements in accordance with ISO8573-1:2010 (E) and ISO 12500 -1:2007, ISO 12500-2: 2007 and ISO 12500-3:2009.
In order to support our clients worldwide, we offer on-site support and filtration tests in order to improve manufacturing processes. Our team of engineers cover all technical disciplines such as Mechanical engineering, Chemical engineering, Industrial design & (3D) cad engineering and Pharmaceutical sciences.
