Algo Fuels

Algo Fuels is an innovative, vertically-integrated, agribusiness that specialises in the production and retail of clean fuels derived from waste through the use of algae. Algo Fuels provides clean, cost-effective and high-performance replacements to fossil fuels. Our patented, ISCC and REDcert²-certified production and refinery process use waste to grow high-lipid (oil) content algae that are transformed into clean biodiesel (FAME) and drop-in hydrotreated algal oil (HAO) fuel that conforms to EN14214, EN15940 and ASTM D975 regulations. Algae grows 20–30 times faster than food crops whilst containing 30 times more fuel. This allows us to produce our fuel commercially without impacting human food sources and limiting our use of agricultural land.
