My programs focus on balancing the mind and body through personalized nutrition, movement, sleep, and stress management strategies. This holistic approach draws on the latest research, combining the power of food as medicine with traditional wellness practices and neuroplasticity. I am a certified Holistic Nutritionist through the Food Matters Institue, a qualified Holistic Wellness Coach, and a member of the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT). I have been studying self-development and holistic health for the last seven years. My passion for alternative healing has taken me around the world to explore ancient practices such as Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, and Shamanism, all of which further enrich my approach to wellness.
