Sadhana Foundation is a non-profit organization integrating mental health and spirituality for the wholeness and well-being of people. We focus on helping individuals, families, workplaces and communities experience changes in daily life, work and relationships.
Anthony de Mello set up the first Sadhana in India offering an experiential, Awareness-based approach integrating spirituality and psychology, yoga and mindfulness, various therapies, meditations, retreats, and seminars, and healing of body, mind, spirit, and the world. The focus is on the experience of transformation in daily living.
