All-polymer

All-polymer is a research group of the Department of Applied Science and Technology (DISAT) of Politecnico di Torino. The research activities of All-polymer are carried out in the labs of Polymer Engineering located in the Alessandria campus of PoliTo. Researchers of All-polymer-group are actively involved in research works concerning different aspects of polymer engineering, including: design and formulation of new compounds based on thermoplastic matrices suitable for specific applications, study of rheology-processing relationships, processing through extrusion, film blowing, compression and injection moulding, 3D printing or photo-polymerization technologies, characterization of rheological-structural, chemical-physical, thermal and mechanical properties of polymer-based materials, as well as of certain functionalities such as flame resistance, thermal conductivity and permeability.
