Shining a light on a clear path to a better life. We provide a comprehensive and transformative approach to how we’re living by fully addressing our physical, mental and emotional health. Recognizing that the current and common tactics for suicide prevention are outdated and lacking, we provide content and support that is founded in evidence based practices, but more importantly, real life experiences. Our work is intentional to provide tools, resources and understanding to help people feel confident in having effective conversations about all things related to mental health and how to respond to someone in crisis. However, what truly sets us apart is our passion to not just save lives, but help people to live a life they love. We provide workshops, trainings, consulting services, small group coaching and 1:1 coaching.
