مبادرة هدفها نشر الوعي لرؤية الأمور بطريقة إيجابية في الكويت. نحن نؤمن بأنّ الإيجابية هي أسلوب حياة وطريق لبلوغ السعادة والرضى. وإحدى أهم النتائج التي توصّلت إليها البحوث العلمية في جامعة هارفرد هي أنّ السلوك الايجابي هو قرار يتّخذه الشخص نفسه. فأنت تختار كيف تنظر للأمور . فإذا اخترت أن ننظر إليها من منظور سلبي يصبح عقلك غير قادر على ملاحظة الجوانب الإيجابية. ولكن إذا كانت النظرة الأولي إيجابية، اكتسبت فورا ميزة مذهلة، فالمنظور الإيجابي يساعد على تحسين حياتك وصحتك. النوير هي 5 نباتات برية مختلفة تنبت في صحراء الكويت. جميعها ذات ازهار مستديرة كقرص الشمس يجمعهم لون واحد.. أصفر جميل.....كما ان لها نفس الاحتياجات التي تساعدها على الحياة. ومن هنا اطلقنا على أنفسنا اسم النوير.. فالبشر يختلفون ويتشابهون ولكننا في النهاية حتي نحيا.......... متطلباتنا واحدة.. مهما اختلفت أعمارنا أو مستوياتنا الاجتماعية ابتسامتنا تختلف من شخص للآخر.. لكن السبب خلف الابتسامة متشابه و قد يكون واحد. فبداخل كل واحد منا بذرة إيجابية , و بإختيارنا نرويها ونرعاها حتى تنمو وتزهر الامر بسيط انه قرارك و اختيارك (بكيفي) We are a Move, an initiative driven to spread positive attitude in Kuwait. An attitude we believe can be a way of living and lead to fulfillment and happiness. Alnowair is a collective of 5 different species of flowers that grow across Kuwait. Although each has different shape of petals all of them are yellow and round, all need the same elements to survive and they all spring to life together. We call ourselves Alnowair because we know people are different. We know that each person is unique just like the flowers, but collectively we are still the same. Our basic needs are the same, no matter what age group or what income group we belong to. We all might have different smiles, but the reasons behind our smiles are often similar. Every one of us has a seed of positivity inside and it is our choice to water it, nurture it and allow it to bloom. It’s that simple – it’s your choice.
