Alula Water, previously known as Ovivo Aqua SA (Pty) Ltd ("Ovivo Aqua"), was acquired by a local consortium of investors, to become a majority black-owned, and significantly black women-owned, engineering business.
Ovivo Aqua was previously a wholly owned subsidiary of Ovivo Inc. a multinational water treatment business headquartered in Montreal and listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.
We aim to grow Alula Water’s presence into the Africa continent, as well as the rest of the emerging markets, offering transformative engineering solutions that enable us to respond meaningfully to addressing the challenges of security of water supply.
