Our roots date back to 1987 when we launched our first office building project. Over the last three decades, the company has developed more than 7 million sqm of land and 47,500 sqm of buildings, managing more than hundreds of units. From government buildings to colleges, elegant residential developments to commercial projects, Al Woroud Company has consistently delivered remarkable results. In 2010, our Board of Directors took a number of steps to propel Al Woroud Company to a new phase of growth. We professionalized the business and established a number of new departments to better serve our clients, including property management, projects, land development, and design. We renewed our commitment to investing in technology to better serve our clients, including property management and CRM solutions. Al Woroud Company currently operates in Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Madinah, Jizan, and Makkah. In the years ahead, we aim to expand our network while investing in real estate throughout Saudi Arabia. We will continue to expand into diverse fields, building on our success to date in operating multi-family and single-family housing, retail space, warehousing, offices, and hotels. Our long-term mission is to develop the real estate market in Saudi Arabia to meet the highest global standards through the perfection of design and the use of the very latest in building technology.
