It is our mission to create person centred community based supports, tailored to each individual. We specialise in Neurodiversity, and are proudly Autism led with our neurodivergent founder Sarah and a very neurospicy cast of leaders, management and team players at the helm. To be an employer of choice for quality support staff and to have a high standard of culture within our team, which will reflect in the work they do with our customers. We believe in communication and transparency with customers and aim to pursue each persons dreams along side them with the same levels of passion and enthusiasm as them. We want to reinvent the wheel so to speak and create real change within the sector in the way people are supported, we want to promote family, promote support for carers and above all else freedom for people, families and carers to have real choice and control over the services they receive.
