Amity Solutions is a multi-AI product software unit under Amity Group, based in Bangkok, Thailand. Since early 2023, Amity Solutions has shifted its primary focus to building and developing GenAI applications and solutions on top of existing SaaS products. Originally founded in 2012, the company currently has over 150 colleagues. Amity Solutions is the business unit dedicated to AI-powered products including Eko, Amity Bots, and GenAI Professional Services in the Southeast Asia market. Amity Solutions’ GenAI efforts are led by the Amity AI Labs, which focuses on researching, understanding, and applying language models such as OpenAI's GPT to develop high-value use cases. The company's innovative work in this field has garnered international recognition, with Amity Solutions' GenAI work being highlighted by Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella in his keynote address at the Microsoft Build 2024 developer conference.
