AMPP JUBAIL CHAPTER SAUDI ARABIA

AMPP-Jubail, is a local chapter of the West Asia and Africa Region Chapter of the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP). AMPP-Jubail was established in July 2008 to promote the awareness of corrosion, and its control for industries in Al-Jubail and its extended adjoining area of Saudi Arabia. We currently have more than 1000 members from industry and academia, sepcializing in the field of corrosion and it's control. AMPP-Jubail also set up a student chapter in October 2011, the first student chapter in the West Asia and Africa Region Chapter of the Association for Materials Protection and Performance (AMPP). Helping to guide young corrosion engineers in the field and to fill the gap for local industries. The section has successfully organized technical meetings, industry relevant workshops and international conferences, and has paved the way for greater collaboration and partnership with industries.
