AMPRAD Ltd. is owned and directed by Arlene Mijalenko a senior professional who works in the Pharmaceutical Marketing arena since 1995. Arlene Mijalenko started her career in marketing communication at L’Oreal before moving to senior Marketing Management roles at Andromaco, Novartis, SIFI Group, Pfizer, Bio Products Laboratory and Viropharma. Arlene has extensive experience in all stages of product life cycle from pre-launch planning to post-patent strategy, including development and implementation of strategic and operational marketing plans, brand marketing and compliance, market entry, project management, client development, customer engagement and management, medical & commercial communication, advertising & PR. Her experience ranges across a vast number of therapeutic areas covering Anaesthesia, Women's Health, Oncology, Neuroscience, Orphan Drugs, Plasma-Derived products, Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Cosmetics and Medical Devices. Arlene has worked with senior payers, clinicians, patient groups and institutions throughout Europe and Americas gathering insights, devising differentiated marketing strategies and managing successful product launches internationally. Arlene Mijalenko received a Master degree in Pharmacy (MPharm) from Buenos Aires University (Argentina) in 1995, holds various Post Lauream certifications and speaks English, French, Spanish and Italian fluently. Arlene has lived and worked in various countries in Europe and Americas and is based in the UK since 2008.
