Holistic Kinesiology is an alternative medicine which uses muscle testing to determine which body energy systems are in stress and then also which procedure or protocol to use to treat that stress.
With the specificity of asking the body what it needs, the result is amazing.
From initial beginnings as a massage therapist and additional study as a personal trainer, I was drawn to the simplicity of 'giving the body what it wants or needs' rather than prescribing something that might be of use. Thus I was drawn to further my knowledge of kinesiology and become a practitioner of this unique therapy.
