Through our operating history, we successfully exited a creative agency JWALK to Shiseido, incubated technology company Beauty Labs through to its sale to Amyris, invested in dozens of smaller consumer brands, and led two hospitality SPACs (FAST Acquisition Corp I and II). Our most recent project has been the turnaround of Morphe following its acquisition from bankruptcy alongside Jefferies, Cerberus, and MassMutual.
