I am a professional coach, training towards my ICF ACC accreditation. I began my coaching journey heading up a team of 12 coaches at an international school in Malawi, supporting colleagues at the school through many changes and developments at the school, including the COVID pandemic.
I am an educator of twenty years and believe passionately in the power education can have to transform young people if it focuses on the drawing out of their potential. Students themselves can benefit from coaching directly, and the more they encounter coaching principles - through their parents, their teachers or other significant adults - the more their potential will be realised.
Central to coaching is the idea of being listened to and understood. More than ever, young people need to feel both of these if they are to develop the skills and qualities that will enable them to succeed in their future. My mission is to bring coaching experiences to as many young people as possible.
