Anheddau Cyf is a non-profit making, social care provider, supporting adults within their communities.
Based in Bangor we have gained a reputation for providing support of the highest quality in the North Wales area.
A volunteer Council of Management and a management team of professional staff run Anheddau.
We work closely with other agencies and organisations that, like us, seek to improve and develop services that meet the needs and aspirations of individuals.
The service that we deliver to each individual is based upon their person centred plan. This ensures that services are flexible and varied according to the needs of each individual.
Staff are key to the delivery of the above service. Consequently we put a strong emphasis on staff development and training.
We have an In-House training section and are accredited with City & Guilds to offer QCF awards in Care and Management. We have maintained the Investor in People award since 1996.
