This includes networking, servers. workstations, tablets, mobiles and telephony services utilising VoIP.I have also developed as a HR Manager in my time and am also responsible for ensuring that all current Employment law and legislation is strictly adhered to. I am fully conversant with current law and the roles and responsibilities of the employer, more so the rights and responsibilities of employees.I am comfortable dealing with disciplinaries, investigations and all aspects of people management

Providing technical support for a wide variety of customers across North Wales. Involved with projects from proposal to purchasing and installation and configuration. Included Windows Servers, Exchange, Linux servers, Postfix, firewall installation and configuration, desktop rollouts and general Helpdesk support via telephone, remote connectivity or onsite.

Providing server and desktop support for approximately 250 users across 5 sites. Involved with Groupwise administration, maintenance and housekeeping of NDS, NDPS and backups.

Responsible for network and desktop support for approximately 200 users in West Wales. Daily duties included maintaining SLA’s managing hardware, software and helpdesk calls. ALso responsible for the server rooms for three sites within the area, specialising in Novell server systems.
