Anima est une association dont l'objectif est de réduire la souffrance animale, en particulier celle des animaux d'élevage. Notre mission principale est de mettre fin à l'élevage en cage des poules pondeuses.
Fondée en 2018 sous le nom d'Assiettes Végétales, notre association a évolué en 2024 pour prendre le nom Anima. Entre 2018 et 2014, Assiettes Végétales a accompagné des dizaines de structures (collectivités territoriales, Crous et sociétés de restauration collective) dans la végétalisation de leurs menus.
