A Message from the Founder:
Although Anjar Chocolatier emerged from my entrepreneurial spirit and a Covid stimulus check, the story behind my love for chocolate did not start with me. In 1929, my great-grandfather, a German immigrant to Brazil, founded his candy business, which was in my family for 60 years. With chocolate already in my blood, I invested all of myself into learning the craft. After achieving my certificate in French Chocolate and Confectionary Arts at Ecole Ducasse, I founded Anjar Chocolatier, where I use the highest quality ingredients to showcase my confectionary skills and bring homage to my multicultural history.
We offer artisanal chocolate bars, bonbons, caramels, Brazilian brigadeiros, and any other candy creation you want to bring to life. We offer B2B wholesale for retail stores, special event catering, and online retail!
