A Strategy, Innovation & Operations Lead with over 12 years' experience working with with brands like Mecca and Uniqlo, as well as start-ups and scale-ups across the Aussie & US ecosystems.
I've spent my career working directly with founders to develop new, innovative customer experiences and products that deliver against brand, creative and commercial objectives. A proven programme manager, I've led large cross functional teams (25+) to deliver highly complex projects, including the development of retail concepts Mecca Maxima & Mecca Beauty.
I have extensive experience launching retail brands in new markets; I was part of the founding team to launch UNIQLO in Australia and led the development and launch of a new MECCA retail concept in NZ. I launched American tech startup Packsmith into Australia, and am currently working with one of Australia's highest growth beauty brands on its USA entry strategy.
As a consultant, I work with brands to identify innovation growth opportunities - whether these be brand, product or service-led - and develop a plan to help them turn these opportunities into commercial outcomes.
