For 20 years I’ve partnered the Safety & Sustainability profession, recruiting & developing some of the most progressive leaders in the world, in organisations such as Netflix, Amazon & CBRE. This has given me a front row seat as they challenge old ways of working & transform themselves to achieve their purpose of protecting people & planet.
Through this I have gained a unique perspective & wealth of knowledge, which coupled with my expertise in coaching, learning & facilitation, puts me in a perfect position to make impact with those at the forefront of change.
I am perpetually curious, & over the years have shown that my ability to truly listen, understand different perspectives & bring clarity to complex circumstances enables me to support both individuals & teams in a variety of contexts to make genuine impact.
