More than 20 years of experience in the polyethylene waste recycling field revealed the impossibility to clean and recycle household packets (bags) and films from landfills. There was no technological solution in the whole world! It prompted us to start developing unique recycling equipment for polyethylene packets (bags) and films from landfills.
More than five years of development, testing, and research resulted in the unique recycling complex designed to clean from any pollution types found in landfills. We have ensured protection against various foreign debris: heavy (stones, glass, metal, branches) and small (sand, soil, sawdust, foam plastic) inclusions. The complex cleans from labels, glue, and fats. Other companies cannot clean waste from these contaminants. In large open-air landfills, the moisture level of packets (bags) increases with time. Removal of moisture increases productivity and makes it possible to recycle waste from any landfill.
The main goal is to clean the planet from polyethylene pollution by introducing and disseminating new technologies. Polyethylene packets (bags) and films are the leading sources of virus development and environmental pollution. The food waste residues rot inside packets which prevents the residues from decomposing completely. As a result, bacteria and dangerous viruses start rapid development. Furthermore, polyethylene packets (bags) and films do not decay but disintegrate into microparticles that penetrate the soil, food, and water, thus intoxicating them.
