Anticorruption Fund (ACF)

A civil expert organisation working for a better, cleaner and fairer Bulgaria. Our approach is to carry out our own research on suspected corruption and conflicts of interest and demand institutional reaction. We rely on different approaches for disclosure and investigation of corruption activity: legal analysis, risk assessment, civic and media monitoring, access to information, analysis of public data resources, tip-offs from citizens and legal entities, regulatory impact assessment. If we encounter proof or have reasonable doubts about wrongdoing, we file reports with all public institutions having jurisdiction to investigate the suspected violations.
