Our goal is to move cities beyond resilience — not just bouncing back from shocks, but learning from them and growing stronger. This is what we call antifragility. We work with local communities, researchers, and city authorities to rethink how urban mobility systems respond to stress so they can evolve and improve, not just recover. Through real-time data, innovative tools, and hands-on testing in Larissa (Greece), Odessa (Ukraine), Bratislava (Slovakia), and Thessaloniki (Greece), we're creating urban mobility solutions that prioritise sustainability, equity, and public trust.
