Since its inception in 1980, ANTOP has become one of the largest manufacturers and exporters of indoor and outdoor digital TV antennas. In addition to TV antennas, we at Antop have also successfully enlarged our product range with professional CATV, MATV and SMATV signal distribution products and communication antennas.
Today, we have founded 2 factories, of which the floor space reaches 110,000 square meters in total, with more than 1,200 staffs employed. Under the help of SMT machine for PCB assembly, our monthly output reaches 700,000 units. All our 25 production lines and the whole production process strictly adhere to the ISO 9001: 2008 Quality Control Systems, which ensures the products out-standing, stable performance, and products are accredited with CE, GS, RoHS, R&TTE, FCC and UL certificates.
We attach much importance to research and development. Over US$2,000,000 is invested in R&D activities every year. With strong design and R&D capacity, we have new products launched every month. Meanwhile,We can customize new product according to customer's demand. More than 50 professional engineers are constantly responding to new technology and regulatory quality. This enables ANTOP to respond faster to market than the competitors. It is not just about design, It is about product development and management. The R&D department is fully integrated in the company's manufacturing processes, controlling all the variables in the full product cycle .
Basing on the latest equipment and instrument enables us to deal with the technical and technological challenges with the utmost respect to the sustainability of the environment. We can develop mold and PCB in-house, as well as plastic injection. Advanced equipment (e.g. EDXRF Spectrometer (RoHS tester), Network Analyzers, and Spectrum Analyzer) are set up to facilitate the test and experiment. Therefore, we can customize new product according to customer's demand in a short time, within 10 to 40 days.
