Anweshak Sathi: Research and Knowledge partners Vision: Our vision is to empower organisations and practitioners through research, good resources and capacity building to ensure that every child is able to learn and thrive in schools. Key Offerings We work for both students and teachers. Apart from instructional material we also develop assessment tools. Our focus area includes: - Research and Evaluation: We undertake researches for organisations with the aim of addressing bottlenecks and challenges in implementation, uncovering fresh insights and tweaking programs for better performance. The range of research studies includes, but not limited to, baseline/endline evaluations, case studies, process documentation, impact assessment and action research. - Content development: We employ extensive field based understanding to design engaging and interactive educational learning material aligned to a programme's goals, pedagogical approaches and target grades. Our material is designed based on best practices in education, learning theories and design principles - Capacity building: We develop bespoke modules, learning resources and facilitate trainings and workshops. Our team is adept at developing and running capacity building programmes for offline, online and blended settings. For content development, we are currently focussed on Science, English, Hindi and Mathematics ranging from ECCE to grade 10. Team Led by our founders that bring over 30 years of experience in content development across NGOs, global corporates and government institutions, Anvekshak Saathi employs a network of subject matter experts that actively participate in development of framework, creation of learning resources and review as well as provide feedback to our projects.
