About APC Program
Promotion of Agriculture Production Clusters in Odisha: APC program aims to sustainably double the income of small and marginal women farmers by establishing the model of Agriculture Production Cluster (APC) in Odisha. This collaborative initiative of the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Empowerment, supported by DMF, BRLF & BMGF as donors, brings together six departments and ten directorates, involving 26 field NGOs, with PRADAN as the Programme Secretariat. The program is operational in 100 blocks across 18 districts of Odisha, impacting 4.8 lakh small and marginal farmers
