Thanks to his experiences working as a staff nurse, charge nurse, assistant ER manager, ER director, and travel nurse he has a bird’s eye view of how to best support the needs of both travel nurses and emergency rooms nationwide. His efforts in healthcare even earned him the Daisy Award in 2021, but he always knew he was meant to serve more. Each of these roles helped him understand the struggles of a career in the ER, and help others overcome them. Jason decided to start Apex RN based on his experiences and challenges as a nurse himself. That’s why he carefully selected the core recruitment team at Apex RN to ensure industry experience is considered, helping the agency empathize and build successful ER careers.
