We're is on a mission to change the face of leadership. The Asian and Pacific Islander (API) population is one of the fastest growing populations in the United States and is projected to double almost double in the next 40 years to account for ~9% of the US population. And yet, API are dramatically under represented in executive roles. In fact representation drops with each level leading up to the C-Suite (McKinsey & Co).
API face a multitude of cultural and bias challenges. It can be disorienting, frustrating, and at times very isolating. We understand those challenges. We've created a space of support and empowerment in order to get more API in leadership roles, faster.
