APICIUS is a TESDA training center focusing on Cookery NCII, Bread & Pastry Production NCII, Fundamental in Culinary Arts, Basic Pastry and Baking, and Cargo Ship Culinary Development. It is also a consultancy firm for hospitality services, United States Public Health, FoodShap (Food Safety Training), Basic Inventory, Cost Management and Menu Planning.
APICIUS started operating in late 2009 when a group of highly skilled and experienced Chefs (onboard Cargo and Cruise ship) came together to form what is now Apicius Culinary Arts & Hotel Management Inc. Their passion is to hand down more than 30 years of experience in training and leadership to their students in a warm, friendly, and modern facility, through active cooking and in-depth theoretical sessions. Their mission is to provide responsible and skilled culinary leaders, who will apply their trade locally and abroad promoting art, passion, and commitment.

We also provide International Diploma in Professional Cookery LEVEL 3 (CTH-UK International Program) and International Dual-Degree in Culinary Arts (HRC Bulgaria). training in culinary arts, including pastry and baking, a variety of short courses in different cooking mediums, ensuring that our students can learn the skills within the subject of their choice to advance their careers.
