I imagine, design and offer tailor-made solutions in line with the transformation of customer expectations, the evolution of businesses and the contexts: evolution, transformation, growth, scale up or change.
After experiences within large groups - Cetelem, Bouygues Telecom, The Phone House, Expedia and GoCater / EzCater brand- I decided in September 2020 to put myself at the service of companies to work on customer care and continuous improvement programs.
