In the fall of 2014, along the shores of the Atlantic Ocean in southwest Nova Scotia, a small group of friends gathered together with an idea to make a genuine difference in Canada’s emerging medical cannabis industry. They spoke passionately with one another about producing a higher-quality flower rich in terpenes and cannabinoids, grown organically and with unwavering reverence for Mother Nature and the patients we serve.
That idea germinated, grew and is now flourishing as Aqualitas, Canada’s first Clean Green Certified producer celebrated for our diverse cultivars, impeccable quality control and attentive customer service.
At the heart of our operation is a sustainable cultivation system powered by the latest in aquaponic science, featuring organic living soil and over 800 koi fish. The result is abundant, healthy plants raised without reliance on pesticides and chemical fertilizers.
Today, Aqualitas has expanded to supply both the medical and adult-use markets internationally through a dynamic portfolio of in-house brands.
