Arbeit Studios is a leading provider of mixed-use creative workspaces, currently managing 16 sites across London. Our portfolio consists of over 250 units, accommodating over 300 businesses. Since we established in 2010, we have experienced a constant growth rate in demand, leading us to building our portfolio and offering more businesses our unique model, which is highly flexible to accommodate rapid changes and new challenges. In recent years, we have maintained a high average occupancy rate of 97%. We have established strong relationships with a wide range of landlords, including private landlords, housing associations, councils, and developers, earning us a stellar reputation as workspace operators. We specialise in tailoring workspaces to different sites, landscapes, and locations, ranging from 750 sq. ft. to 15,000 sq. ft. This adaptable approach allows us to expand our business, cultivate on-site communities, and cater to a variety of needs expressed by our clients, stakeholders and partners.
