Mongolian International Arbitration Center (MIAC)

The Mongolian International Arbitration Center (MIAC) is a permanent arbitration institution that operates under the Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MNCCI). It was established in 1960 and is internationally recognized for resolving business and economic disputes between individuals and/or legal entities. MIAC cooperates with more than 20 international arbitration organizations. MIAC offers fast, fair and confidential arbitration services with the possibility to choose the arbitrators, the procedural rules, the seat, the language and the applicable law of the arbitration. MIAC's arbitration awards are enforceable in over 170 countries around the world.
