Arbreen is a business of sustainability at scale. At the forefront of climate action on the African continent, we conserve, restore and improve the nature “infrastructure” around us to increase carbon storage in landscapes. We work closely with our partnering communities, local and national governments and the civil society to deliver sustainability. At the heart of our endeavours lies the pivotal task of removing and sequestering atmospheric CO2 by establishing super-scale forests. This core activity is complemented by an unwavering commitment to sustainable land use management, biodiversity conservation, water resource stewardship and investing in community-based land businesses. Arbreen develops, finances, owns, manages and operates super-scale forests, that we qualify as carbon dioxide sequestration factories. Through these innovating projects, we trade high-quality carbon credits.
