Our volumetric modular solution (fully constructed offsite) brings to market a quick, cost-effective solution to suit your every requirement. Our products are constructed to precision detail in a fully monitored quality-controlled environment in our Irish-based manufacturing facility. We have developed our own unique Quality Assurance (QA) system to track and monitor construction of our units from initial order to installation onsite. Specified units are delivered to site with all fixtures and fittings, stylishly designed to the highest specifications. Confidence in our design and construction methods is the product of over 50 years combined construction experience brought to you by our founders, Matthew Fitzgerald, and Garrett Rothwell, who identified a gap in the market for superior steel prefabricated structures that could be transported easily and efficiently, in both readily available designs and bespoke offerings.
