MFC Modular Group

MFC Modular Group is a modular building group committed to making a difference. We function as the parent group to both The Pod Factory and Metal Frame Construction, servicing clients looking for modular homes, offices, commercial spaces and public buildings, such as hospitals and schools. Making a difference is our goal. We are pulling the Irish construction industry in a new direction. By using sustainable modern methods of construction we can create builds that promote social good through affordable housing, emergency housing, commercial and residential development and urban redevelopment while significantly reducing the carbon emissions associated with construction. The bulk of our material is sourced from Irish suppliers, with our steel rolled in our own purpose built facility. We have a very high threshold for how much of our steel must be recycled to be used in our builds. Wherever possible we seek to promote sustainable local business. At MFC Modular we aren't just building houses and shops. We're building homes and communities. We are building our future.
