Ardent partnerships are rooted in an understanding of the unique values, priorities and challenges that each nonprofit client faces. We excel in providing interim support for transitioning fundraising departments and comprehensive long-term support for small nonprofits that can operate more efficiently with outsourced development support. When a nonprofit becomes overly reliant on one strategy the capacity of the organization often remains limited. For this reason, Ardent adopts a comprehensive and integrated approach to fundraising. We aim to engage leaders and board members as we assess and provide support in securing relevant funding options including: strategic partnerships, foundations, individuals and government opportunities. Ardent Group was founded in 2022 by Kate Schnittman – a consultant for more than 25 years dedicated to supporting fundraising, human resources, data and administrative needs. Ardent was designed to create collaborative approaches to solving problems with the best professional resources. We are a group of 12 professionals with varied experiences and specialties that empower a tailored approach to meeting the unique needs of each client. We pair seasoned fundraisers that are connected to the values, mission and size of our client organizations. All Ardent consultants are inspired to be an impactful force for good.
