Ardour Academy is a not-for-profit wellbeing studio and community, based on Wellfield Road in Cardiff. We are a small team with a big heart, who facilitate classes and events in dance, yoga, creativity, and music. We offer a number of donation-based sessions and provide Hardship Passes for anyone experiencing severe financial difficulties.
We are passionate about making the arts accessible through British Sign Language, by offering BSL communication support and BSL courses.
We are a Global Majority and queer-owned organisation, and our LGBTQ+ project Butterfly Soup has helped members of the queer community in Cardiff feel safe to explore who they are through light movement, meditation, and visual arts.
We also offer counselling services, including custom-made EAP and accessible counselling sessions for businesses and individuals, as well as workplace wellbeing sessions.
