About Your Coach: Ariel Yoffie structures her coaching based on her success in business strategy, human-centered design, and agile processes. With over a decade of experience leading highly motivated teams to build world-class products, Ariel uses the power of inquiry to understand her clients' needs; guide them to come up with creative solutions; and support them as they overcome obstacles and achieve their goals. Ariel has a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School with Year Honors; a Bachelor's Degree in Economics with Honors from Columbia University; and certifications in Design Thinking and Agile Development. A passion for understanding the human mind and connecting with individuals has fueled her drive toward pursuing a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology. Her research interests include attachment theory, personality and mood disorders, anxiety, depression, behavioral economics, and organizational behavior.
