In 2014, arkr digital (Effie China’s 2011/2012 TOP5 Independent Agency of The Year) merged with vitamine (Campaign’s 2013/2014 Greater China Independent Agency of The Year Gold Winner) to form a brand-new interactive marketing communication agency group - 「arkr GROUP」, combining forces enable the two well-known independent agencies to bring their clientele an all-around service in today and tomorrow’s digital and social media ecosystem. Within the year, this strategic merge led to the acquisition by LEO Group, listed on the Shenzhen Exchange: 002131, to form the LEO Digital Network. R3 evaluated it was one of the top agency M&A deals in Asia Pacific in 2014. From 2013 to 2017, arkr GROUP was continuously awarded Greater China Social Media Agency of the Year, China Independent Agency of the year, China Digital Agency of the year and the TOP5 Greater China Integrated Agency by Campaign Asia-Pactfic. It now has almost 300 staffs and 2 offices in Shanghai (HQ) and Beijing branch.
