Arrive Alive Charity

Arrive Alive is the UK’s only registered charity of its kind, founded by Debbie Roscoe, a mother driven by a lifesaving mission. The charity emerged from Debbie's deeply personal and challenging journey, as her youngest daughter, Ellie, has defied medical odds to survive a decade of health battles, including major life-changing bowel surgery in July 2024. During the darkest days spent in the hospital, Debbie sought a constructive outlet for her energy, leading her to establish Arrive Alive. Arrive Alive is dedicated to funding lifesaving, volunteer-operated 999 vehicles for Community First Responder groups affiliated with the West Midlands Ambulance Service. Initially, Debbie aimed to fund just one vehicle as a gesture of gratitude for the exceptional care Ellie received. However, the demand proved to be far greater than anticipated, resulting in the launch of two vehicles. This marked the beginning of a journey that unveiled the widespread necessity for such support across various communities. Despite receiving no government funding and confronting the challenges posed by a global pandemic alongside her daughter's ongoing health struggles, Debbie has propelled Arrive Alive towards remarkable achievements. In less than seven years, the charity has successfully funded thirteen lifesaving, volunteer-operated 999 vehicles and essential equipment for communities throughout the Midlands, Warwickshire, and Worcestershire. The need for these resources continues to escalate, prompting ongoing fundraising efforts to provide even more lifesaving support for communities in need. Arrive Alive relies solely on donations to ensure lives can be saved within communities. Every contribution made to Arrive Alive, regardless of its size, significantly impacts the charity's ability to fund vital lifesaving 999 voluntary support for every community member.
