ArtMED

ArtMED is a pioneering project aimed at addressing the challenges faced by sparsely populated areas in Euro-MED by introducing Autonomous Mobility on Demand (AMOD) as a sustainable solution. By transferring successful methodologies from previous projects and developing a user-friendly impact assessment tool, ArtMED empowers Public Transport Authorities in Slovenia, Portugal, Italy, and Greece to plan for AMOD effectively. Through the analysis of socioeconomic and environmental impacts, the project facilitates the creation of vision statements, investment plans, and transport model designs, paving the way for more accessible, inclusive, and environmentally friendly public transport systems in underserved regions.
